Owner Verification: Registration provides a record of your model / serial number for a period of 10 years and services as verification of ownership in the event of damage or theft. Product Updates: DeVore Aviation may periodically update PLASI. Registering your product provides us with a means of contacting you about your product.
Warranty Statement
We warranty each new PLASI or parts thereof manufactured by DeVore Aviation Corporation of America to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use, conditions and service within a period of twelve months after the original date of installation or a maximum of 15 months from the date of shipment. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to correcting at our factory by repair or replacement any part or parts which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been thus defective. Parts will be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities on our part. This warranty will not apply to any PLASI unit or parts thereof which have been repaired or altered in any unauthorized manner in any way or which have been subject to misuse, neglect or accident. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any responsibility in connection with the sale of our products. Written notice of a defect and return of the part or parts pursuant to this warranty must be received by the Seller no later than 30 days after the expiration of the warranty period. All claims must be submitted in writing to the Seller and include the following: Part Number, Serial Number of PLASI unit, Date of Claim, Date of failure. Since lamps are a consumable and do not have a carry through warranty by the original manufacture, lamps are excluded from this warranty.
